Elect Lady Veronica Daymon

Leading Lady Veronica V. Daymon started her ministry early with the Adam Street Church of God by Faith under the leadership of the Emeritus Ruling Elder David C. Rourk and the late Leading Lady Ruth Rourk. She sang faithfully in the choir, ushered, hospitality and attended many local and national conventions.

She was blessed to sit under the Late Leading Lady Ruth Rourk where she learned how to serve and love God’s people with intention and to be a First Lady. Mother Rourk always encouraged her to be herself and to stay humbled.

Lady Veronica V. Daymon has served faithfully in ministry a long side her husband, Pastor Reginald Daymon, since New Hope Church of God by Faith, Inc. was founded in 1985. Even though, the work seemed to get heavy at times she believes the word of God and leans on Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.

Her dedication to the work of the Lord can be seen in her attention to details as head of the Missionary Department and as President of the Northwestern New York District Pastor’s and Minister’s Wives Auxiliary.

Her gift of helps fosters a welcoming and encouraging nature and lends itself to warm hospitality and coaching individuals to be all they can be in the church and within the community. She can be found working in our Outreach ministry, working with different individuals from all walks of life. She embraces the call of ministering to those who are hurting, lost and in need of support. Her dedication and commitment is to serve and she embodies the scripture found in Matthew 25: 35, “for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,” She believes that it is important to meet the needs first and than apply the word of God.

Lady Daymon is a frequent attendee at National COGBF conventions and conferences. As a people person she is respected throughout the organization.

Lady Daymon is the mother of three DaNell, Reginald Jr. and Monique and grandmother of four.
